Century 21 Hilltop Property Agency Awarded with Double Honors – ONLY property agency to received both “Gold Star” & “Outstanding Retrainees” awards from The Employee Retraining Board

Century 21 Hilltop Property Agency CEO, Mr. Stephen Or said “he will continue to expand his business operation and contribute the society generously”. In 2004-5, Mr. Or partnered with Employee Retraining Board and Hong Kong college of technology, and launched couple re-training programs. Many participants benefited from these programs and changed their career and became a real estate agent.

Mr. Yip Tin Leung is nearly forty and has been in the garment industry for the past ten years. He followed his last company and moved to China. At a special occasion, he met Mr. Stephen Or and learned about the retraining program in real estate. After completed the course, he successfully passed the real estate license exam and earn his first license as a “salesperson”. Then he joined Century 21 Hilltop Property Agency and passed his second exam for an “Estate License” after 10 months and further advances his career in real estate.
